Installation

Download 360 Gaussian Pro installer and system requirements.

System requirements

GPU (required)

360 Gaussian Pro needs an NVIDIA RTX GPU. AMD and Intel graphics are not supported.

  • Minimum: RTX 20-series (Turing) or newer, 4 GB VRAM
  • Recommended: RTX 30/40/50-series with 12 GB VRAM or more
  • Driver: NVIDIA R580 or newer

System

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • 16 GB RAM recommended, 32 GB+ for large clips

More VRAM = Faster processing. Everything runs locally on your machine; nothing is uploaded to the cloud.

Download and install

  1. Download the latest installer.
  2. Run it and follow the prompts.
  3. Launch 360 Gaussian Pro from the Start menu.

The app checks for updates on launch and can update itself from inside the app — you don't need to re-download the installer for new versions.

Once installed, head to First Run for a start-to-finish walkthrough.

Rolling back to an earlier version

If a new release causes trouble with your footage, you can go back to an earlier one from inside the app:

  1. Click the version number (e.g. v1.1.1) next to the Licensed and Legal buttons, below the media queue, to open Version History.
  2. Pick a release from the Version list to see its changelog and download size.
  3. Click Install and confirm. The app downloads the release, checks that it is genuine, and restarts on the chosen version.

Your projects, license, presets and lens calibrations are kept. Once you've rolled back, the app won't keep asking you to update to the version you just left. It will offer the next new release as usual, and you can move forward again at any time from the same dialog.

Projects processed with a newer version may not reopen cleanly in an older one. Version History needs an internet connection, and it only exists from 1.1.0 on, so after rolling back to 1.0.x use the regular Update button to come back.
